The lake is never closed i dont know what trout daddy is talking about. Its free to fish, but if you tube it you have to get a launch permit at the boat dock. No motors allowed on the lake but you can bring your own trolling motor.

They just double stocked for the derby they had over the weekend. I caught my limit Friday evening before the derby, kept only those that were gut hooked. Nice little lake. No cost to fish from the shore.
