Are you talking about the lake behind and to the northwest of Norco High School? Never heard it called "Norconian" before. There was some talk of naming it after Toby Gerhart, if had won the Heisman Trophy. The latest talk is opening it for fee trout fishing.

The lake is not open to the public. It's on a Navy base .

i fished that lake years ago, landed about a 2lb bass. But Troutman was right, the lake is not open to the public. If you know someone, you can get in.
