Seems like a good knot for tying a leader to terminal tackle, do any of you guys use it?

Seems like an incredibly easy knot, too.

I haven't but I used to know a couple of Salt Water guys who would use them for their swivels.

The Cats Paw Knot is also called an Offshore Knot too.
