Hello everyone, some friends and I stayed up in cabin over the weekend, a boy you couldn't ask for better weather. Cliff and I woke up around 5 am. Launched the tubes at Boulder Bay, air temps was low 30's but warmed up as the sun made it over the hills. Only brought the bass setup's with me in hopes of catching a smallmouth. Fished around the rock structure and found the key was to fish the shady area's with no sun. I caught 3 lmb's from 5-10am, Cliff caught 1 rainbow on the powerbait ( orange/green ) seemed to be key colors for bait/mini jigs. Saw a lot of carp so if anyone heads up there take some white bread with you.
Just want to thank BOWLER for the tips. Water temps are still low so I was slow as far as bassin went
