I will continue to update as progression continues. It is tough to decide on those nice days if I should work on the boat or hit the water!!

Nice project, I'd suggest replacing the motor though... Theyre not the most reliable and parts are hard to find. Good Luck!

125 hp outboard + cables, + shifter, upgrade is not cheap.

I think the whole idea behind a budget boat is to Not spend thousands on restoration.

Change the impellor, add gas, run it till it blows up.
