Bobber Boy and I were trolling along at mid-lake and there it was. A beautiful bald eagle soaring and diving down to grab a fish, twice. Both misses. We knew how he felt. That is an impressive sight at Irvine Lake.

I know for a fact that the Bald Eagles are arround Irvine Lake. a matter fact the Bald Eagles will make several nests and they will rotate from one to the other each year. I hope they will have Eaglets this spring. I know alot about Eagles because in the early Seventies I helped the Fish and Game bring back the population. What a awsume experience.

There was one at Irvine Park--may be still in the area. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the same one. I heard it would come and visit the one they have on display at the park zoo.
