Went out and enjoyed the blazing hot weather we've been having lately. With the warmer weather and water temps the fish have been alot more active and easier to target. Total tally for the day was my dad smoked me 11 to 3. We both missed quite a few fish each. Nothing big mostly males but we did see a female that we spooked that must have been pushing 7 to 8 pounds easy. We were both cussing up a storm for missing that opportunity. Nice job and pics. Looks like you guys were fishing in the trees by the flats. Were they tight to the trees or out off of them??
Did you know the temp the area is currently at??

in the morning they were all over the place. as soon as the sun was directly overhead they started relating heavily to cover and structure. i believe the temps were about 63-65 give or take. im the one in the front so i dont get the luxury of seeing the fish finder
