Stopped by Belmont pier and the old asian lady, chain smoking, on a scooter said a few macs taken and guys were catching sardines on the sabiki rig. Been seeing tons of bait off Pier J and thought they were anchovy but with the sadines taken at Belmont pier maybe it is Sardines ?
Stopped at JCS KH yesterday and a dude had 3 macs off the rocks.

I was catching tons of macks , but at hermosa which is only 5 minutes from the redondo pier
