Perris Water Level

How is Perris' water level right now. Are the rocks at the island on the marina side underwater? Can boats go back to the left of the island in the coves or is it super shallow and dried up still?

The rocks that had their tops exposed on the northeast side of the island are back underwater. "World Record Rock" on the east side is still high and dry though. The water is up, but it's still low compared to how it was a few years back.
