June Lake 90% Ice Free

Even after 121" of new snow in the month of March, June Lake remains about 90% ice free. High winds and temps just above freezing have pushed the remaining ice to the beach side. Looks like Opener should be fabulous!! http://fishingnetwork.net/forum4/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif

As of April 11, 2011 June Lake is ICE FREE. As of April 17 Gull Lake is almost there. Huge winds last couple of days have pretty much cleared it.
