Hiked into cleghorn on Monday morning around.6:30, it was snowing and very cold but no wind thankfully. Started throwing a AC plug on my broomstick and a 1/2oz Rattletrap on my other rod... no love on the AC but first cast on the Rattrap, got slammed, winded in a chunky LMB, after that nothin..tried all kinds of plugs, hudd's, BBZ's for big daddy striper or LMB but Nada..had 1 good thump on a 6" hudd on the swimbeach, but diddnt stick em..hopefully stick a biggy striper next time..

Nice work at the frigid Wood! I was working it Sunday afternoon in hail, rain and wind, probably over 50mph. Only guy in the place I think, had a great time although nobody wanted to play with my Waxwing (great lure to toss in the wind, it will cut through anything).
