this year has been extremely tough on the bass....at least for me it has been. the only way i can get them to bite is finesse techniques on 100% fluorocarbon.

They are there and we've been crushing it! Haven't had time for reports, but over 40 fish Thursday with a 7 lb kicker. The water is still stained, so Fluoro is nowhere near a must. I do like how its sinks to fish faster and gives plastics a more natural fall however. Good luck out there!!

Thanks Mav. Looking to get out there possibly Friday have a muti-species day with bass, crappie, and trout. Planning to spend half of the day devoted entirely to bass.

Good job Mav at least someone has them dialed in. You wouldnt be the one responsible for that 8-8lber on the swimbait a few weeks back?

Thanks Reeladdiction09, no I believe that was John Morrow, a local Pro. It was a bedfish, but I heard conflicting stories of what it was caught on. This week should be good fishing after a day or two of warming. I'm prepping for a tourney in havasu this next weekend, so I don't think i'll get out there.
