Anyone know of a place I can safely and legally tube a bay or harbor in VTA county? I've already checked Ventura Harbor proper and that's a big "no" according to the ordinances posted on their website.
I'll be spending a few days there next week (Ventura) and would like to get some fishing in. I know I'll be surf fishing a bit, just want to see if it's even worth it to pack the tube as well.
