View Full Version : Anyone have a underwater topo map of Lake Elsinore?

I can't seem to find this anywhere, every other lake in socal but, not Lake Elsinore.

Not even Fish n Map has it.

Any help would be great!!

There just isn't very much to map out for Elsinore. Just think of it as a big cookie baking pan:LOL:.

Nice picture of a dry lake bed.

The Lake bottoms out between 1,218 and 1,223 mean sea level. The last time the lake completely dried was in 1954 through the early '60s.http://www.evmwd.com/depts/admin/public_affairs/lake_levels/default.asp
Current lake level is 1249 so the lake is 26-31 feet deep right now.

I figure it was more or less a cookie baking pan or bathtub. I'll go and meter it and check for structure when I hit it up.
