Lagoon Crappie status?

Have they started mooving up yet? Is anyone catching them in anything like decent numbers.

You can keep the LMB all I want is come slab crappie.

Not yet.
Just bass, the males have moved in the shallows along with some big big carps.
Won't be to much longer before the slabs show up.

Thanks for the reply. I'll most likely be targeting them from shore, so knowing when the're withing casting range is a plus.

Thanks I only got 4 monsters last year on bobbin and micro jigs and a blue and white jig at the camp tulles

Caught a real slab there last night 2 plus pounds on a 1/32 oz white road runner with a 1 inch white plastic twister tail grub right near the tules and bullrushes just north of the camping area.
