The last minute texts are the best  So got the text from Danny (Phanatic) Confirming that we were gonna go catching off the boat tonight. Arrived at his house at 730pm . . left his house by 8 30pm.

We arrived at the first destination by 9:10 and we were ready to toss our mass destruction  (3/4 oz lead heads) Kalins(4 inch swim baits last of there kind) Big hammers (4 inch) and other new baits to toss at them all baits produced successfully. straight braid 20 pound test no Floro (don't need it at night).

So here we go both making first casts same time same spot AND BAM! were both hooked up on the fall !! about 3/4 way down.... Sometimes right when it hits the water . . The fall the retrieve or right at the boat it didn't matter these fish were chewing . . . If we didn't hook up on the first bite it would be the second or third bite in the 1 retrieve when our rods would go bendo.. It was like this for pretty much most of the time none stop catching at its best

This was probably one of the best nights to even be out fishing this time of year. It was FLAT Glassy calm with No wind! Lovely enjoyable conditions for sure. It was warm probably didn't need the jacket.. Just couldn't get over the conditions.

Over all bass count triple digits for 7 hours of fishing. Another Great trip you put on Danny Thanks for the none stop action again!

That float tube is getting dusty, LOL. Nice Bass. WTG
Nice going. Don't let them seals learn any bad habits. Give them smack with something heavy.
I saw a pic of a 68 lb WSB speared this month close to the Port of LA/LB.

I keep a billie club on my little skiff just in case of a sea lion trying to hitch a ride as it mite sink my little boat .I broke down last year hooping and the port police were nice and towed me in.I had 5 sea lions following behind me i was sure one was going to give it a try thank god it never happened.
