fishing has been good for the past couple weeks with fish moving up the bank nearing the spawn. water temp has been starting cool every morning and reaching GREAT temperature at closing. were still in that pre pre spawn in my opinion with the next few months going to be INCREDIBLE!!!
had a couple piglets yesterday that got the heart pumping. the great part about it was these fish weren't bed fish either!!! have fun out there guys, its good.

Great job killin' em.
It was good talking to you at the shop last Saturday with my buddy Albert, and showin' 'em how to fizz a bass while we were in line that morning.
I'm now really interested in that 805FLIP/PUNCH rod you handed to me.

Great report! I am guessing you were drop-shotting below 30 feet for those big Bass. I agree its the "pre-pre spawn. Last weekend was absolutely rough.

nice bass i was there today too but was shore fishing.. ended up catching me one too!! ill say its about the same size..that had made my day so i left at 0930am.. caught mines on a dropshot..will post pix once i figure out how to do so...great job!!!!!

You the man Matt!!! Great looking piggies!!! I would kill to fish DVL as much as you do!! Being a weekend warrior at DVL is tough but I love it!

some in prespawn for sure alot allready done found 2 trees with a couple 10lbers sitting right below a giant ball of fry the bank is loaded with spawning fish good luck seeing them!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha yeah no kiddin. hard to find em until you get right up on em. most of the fatties i've caught recently are spawned out. im real curious to see the full blown spawn. should be a great year for the largies. sooooo many
2 - 4 pound fish.
should be some nice weight for the anglers choice. lets just hope the big girls wanna eat.
