Looks like someone caught a rubberlip perch. Those things are becoming very abundunt now. Hopefully the sand bass will arrived in sooner than later so you can have your bass fun on the moo-moos again.

Actually .... that's a Sargo ..... honest ..... the person holding him gave me a bad angle so I gave up and took the shot. If you saw him .... the fish .... from the side, you'd see the telltale clear vertical bars of the species.
Yes, first will come the Barracuda, then the Bonito, then hopefully the Sandbass.
