Anybody out there pouring there own if so what are some good kits to get. Any good website to check out ? any info would be appreciated asking for a friend

I started out with this kit show in the images here:

I bought it at Bass Pro or Cabela's, forgot which one, long time ago. You can buy a similar kit here:

I would suggest skipping the kit and just buying the plastic, or melting down your own plastic worms (old junky ones, just becareful, as some will burn and not melt). Make your own molds from plaster or water putty, or silicon. Links:

Anyway, recently I just made a load of my own molds out of Durham's Rock Hard Water Putty. That stuff is cheap and easy to work with, great for one-sided molds. I handpoured a load of Senko style baits, and they work great!

make sure you read and adhere to the safety precautions too. some of that stuff can get toxic and deadly if you dont have proper ventilation etc.
otherwise.. have fun.... i just started recently and am having a blast doing it.
