i was out on the Monte Carlo last nite. one stop shopping on the sandbass. we anchored up outside of the flats, about ~100ft of water. no cuda caught, just sandie & a few sculpin. i used straight plastic & seemed to catch less but better quality fish. anything with brown & red leadhead was hot.. i've tried plastics in black, green/yellow, wham, firetiger.. not even a bite. all fish were caught on the sink using BIG plastics. for those using bait, chovies on a reverse dropper loop was the ticket.
should've used my irons. the fish were mainly at the bottom/mid column. my bro's brother won the jackpot with his FAT sandie.

LOL.. she looked mexican to me. she was with the asian guy next to her the whole night. she's cute from afar. :shock:
