Anyone know about this body of water off of Philadelphia & Wineville(Mira Loma)?

This body of water is right next to my work (A) off of Miliken & Philadelphia, just east of the 15 fwy.
It's fenced off and locked, but this morning on my way into work, I saw two guys pulling a boat and unlocking the gate to take it down for some fishing.

i lived there in that area for years.either your talking about creekside,or goosecreek golf course ,which ive fished with permision of the management of the golf course.because they seem to like the use of a fly rod set up..
