I have seen quite a few people raving about LC's. I just thought I would inquire about the model of LC and what are a few good color choices that work well while surf fishing. Thank you for any information.

there are a couple articles on here if you search.. kind of depends what type of fish you are targeting.. but the LC 110's are what you're lookin for.. i think the Saltwater California InShore series is what they call them now.

Yup! youre going to be looking for the Lucky Crafts with the blue and white packaging for saltwater. the black and red packaging is for freshwater.

i got mine from Sav-On Tackle. they arent cheap there unfortunately, but they have like 8 different colors if i recall. i decided to get the anchovy and the blue sardine with the green face

I am very happy with Daiwa's Salt Pro Minnow:

which comes in 6 colors.

I've also had good luck with the Bomber Badonk-A-Donk saltwater lures:

in several sizes and colors, and the Rapala X-Rap lures:

Bass Pro Shops might not have the best prices on these lures ... just sayin' ....

Pointer 110's in ANY flashy pattern. Just pick the flashiest bait in the store. Some of the Freshwater baits are super flashy and work great. Just swap out the freshwater hooks to owner ST saltwater hooks. FW hooks will rust out the barbs super fast.Don't get to involved in color choices IMHO. I've been bit by every flashy pattern produced. Like Exfactor said.....They all work but I tend to stay away from the ghost (transparent) patterns.
Oh....Also wash off your LC's after a surf session with FW if you want them to last longer. Most guys only wash off their reels !
