Got a deal I couldn't pass up. I was on Amazon and they had the Sevylor 4 person Inflatable Fish Hunter for $113 on sale plus a set of oars that brought the total to 132.90 plus it will be here in 2 days, free shipping. If I get the motor mount and trolling motor it would only be another 150 bucks to do so.

You could have had my boat (Hunter 360) motor (minn Kota) and bracket for $150.00. Used twice but I am glad you have one now.

While this is true I highly doubt any of the local privately owned pay lakes that Josh frequents would say anything (not let him launch). Other lakes like the Pudd, DVL, Castaic, etc.... that could possibly be an issue.

When I used to frequent the Pudd i'd keep my trolling motor in my van and then put it on my boat once inside to avoid having to pay the extra fees. Not telling others to do this by no means but you get the idea.

thanks. I will definitely be posting about my experiences with it. I know it won't hold 4 people but it should be good enough for trolling myself around.

Boat, oars and Life jacket arrived and are now packed in the car, stupid blizzard is holding up my motor mount. Unpacked the boat and I'm pretty impressed with how sturdy it is. Going to get a better pump tomorrow (the one I have runs on D Batteries).

I am going to the vine this saturday but may be catching a ride in a different boat from a friend of mine. If that doesn't happen then I am definitely going to be out on mine. Just wish the motor mount had arrived.
