Hit Corona today on the tube. Have not used the tube for a long while so I decided to give it a try. Fishing pressure was lite today. It was a perfect day. Decide to use the 7 wt. fly rod with sink line today to just change thing up once in a while from bait and wait.
Put on a muddler and slowly stripped it for a short strike and no more luv on that. Later in the morning, put on a plastic trout worm in white which floats on a short leader with corn scent. HOOK UP, on a slow strip action. Great fighters for sure. 3lbs fish. Now the skunk is off my back. Later in the day change to a green worm for one more. A clone of the other fish.
