If only the victory had the hole "the gambler"... to catch some bass.. oh well... if they would fish that hole id be out there.. for the most part sounds like a dinky fun day.

I hear ya .... the Deadhead Special does so well on the Bass !! Hitting the gambler ain't no gamble !! However, the last time I was there ..... there were so many Lobster floaties around it was a real pain !! That's been a while but .....

You don't have to deal with it but ..... saw no less that 50 buoys in one area with the same markings .... commercials trying to edge out the individual ??

I did perch on 6lb setup with 2 jighead size for trout and 1oz torpedo weight and had them coming like crack addicts

Thanks. Yes I'll take some un-impregnated grubs next time on small leadheads set up Carolilna rigged (sliding egg sinker) Drop-shotting would be a killer to but I don't wanna use a torpedo or dropper sinker. Too much like bait-fishing terminal tackle ! ha ha ha

Sorry ..... no. But ...... if you want to fish the Victory .... you might should go this weekend as they will be off line starting in Feburary for refurbishing ...... I'm told.
