I have a set of Mometrix flashcards for the CTEL exam, $35 if you pick them up or $40 if I ship them to you. They're $50 plus shipping through Amazon or other similar sites. They are in almost pristine condition, just a bit of a bend on the top left corner (if you look closely at the pics) which was made when they were shipped to me. I haven't even taken them apart. Literally the same condition you'd get them from Mometrix.
I needed them to help me pass the CTEL subtest 3, Culture and Inclusion. There are only 8 cards for that subtest. I studied them and passed very easily, which I think proves that they are effective. I make no garauntees on how you will do, but they absolutely worked for me.
