so saturday im going to go fishing with my brothers. ive been fishing a lot of fresh water. They dont have there fishing lisences. so we are most likely looking at a pier. any idea of were is biting good right now. Ill probablly be doing some surf fishing since i got my lisence. any ideas of a really super good spot? i was thinking redondeo pier. get there really really early before the people start crowding us.

Go to the short pier, nobody on it yesterday (thur) 3:30 pm to dark.
1 lost Bonehead and feather, after a great 5 min battle. 1 Spanish Mackeral.
1 whip snap cast resulting in Bye Bye clear Bubble. Try anchovies by the Edison Bubble.

That Edison cooling bubble has been off for years. It has been on for days now and the bonito like it.
Probably the only place to catch them (except Catalina) in So Cal from shore.
