MLK Weekend Bass

Congrats to all the tourney trout anglers and for the 20 Lbr caught! What an epic weekend for trout at the Vine!! However......i couldn't leave my bass alone :) I fished Friday and caught a 5 lbr in the flats on senkos specially riged and several 1-2 lbrs monday. Fish for the weekend caught in depths from 8' - 30' of water on lipless cranks, senkos and drop shot. No pic of the smaller units, but here is the 5. Enjoy. This one was caught on the new Phenix drop Shot rod and boy can it handle larger fish, but still be sensative enough to feel the light bites.

What color senko were you using?

thanks! Love the avatar :) I threw a few colors and caught on two. darker colors in the early morning and then went to green pumpkin during the day. The water is still very stained, but the water temp reached 6o degrees Monday.
