Pleasant Valley campground is nice. Taboose Creek is nice. Neither have hookups. Good luck.

I know this is late but, Brown's town in Bishop is pretty nice it has R.V. sites to hook up and it's not that far from the lower Owens or PVR north of Bishop We go there every year and have a great time the staff are VERY nice

If you flyfish, go to Plesant Valley campground, it's just off hwy 395, about 5 miles north of Bishop. It's barkless and catch and release during the winter. Bring some Blue Wing Olives, there will probably be a hatch during mid day.

It's actually barbless and catch and release (Zero take) all year round. Wild trout section is at the south end of the camp ground.
