Where are all the trout reports from DVL? I know they are supposed to be stocking Lassen this Thursday, but is the trout action strictly after the plants only or are people still catching them late into the second week after the plant. I plan on going on Friday to fish off the shore but might be going on Monday as well, just want to know if I'm targeting trout should I just wait till Friday?

I fished the shore today, for 3 hours. Saw maybe 10 trout swimming in the shallows, some big ones and several 12''s. Also following them were some very large nice sized bass. Talked to a few other anglers, they had landed some trout, one guy had a stringer full. Still was a pretty slow day overall. I think the trout worms, dropshotted, were the ticket. GL.

thank you for the info, I was invited by an uncle to head up to Hisperia on Monday, but I would really like to head out to DVL instead, fish for some trout or try casting out some swimbaits, I think this may have helped me make my decision.
