ill be heading up to point conception for a few hours and im not really aware of the good fishing piers around that area. whats the common catch around there? whats the good bait/lure? wheres a good location? thank you.

Gaviota south and pismo north. Nada in between as far as piers go. But the surf from halama up to guadalupe is killer.

Jalama has beach access but below the Pt Conception is The Hollister Ranch.
PRIVATE and no access unless by boat. It does get windy up at the point, best at gray light.
