Got up there @ 830 and fished near the cleaning station. Weather was in the mid 40's with cold winds. My dad caught 2 fish on n/c and i landed 4 on split shot/ds orange power worms. Today i fished with barbless hooks and i farmed 4 and lost 3 including one i would guess to be in the 5lb range. Most people had 1 or 2 but did see a few leave with no fish and cold kids. All of my fish were dinks but my dads fish were 1.5 & 3 lbs. The 3lb had a full tail and red meat. Sorry for the lack of pics but it was cold out there.

good report me and my buddy hit the ranch up 1/7. We each got two kinda on the small side but the pink meat is a plus :)

it was rough for me... i was fishing right next to you guys... i didnt get any bites until i moved farther down. even then it was still rough. it was all the wind i think... either way we got to get together and hit up gaurpa sometime. (however you spell that)

Thanks for the pics...it didn't look too crowded. I tried Power Worms last time and didn't catch anything...way to go on the trout.

nice fishing with you karlkrger. we will have to fish again, hopefully in better conditions. you're right about the wind making the fishing tough. all of my fish were on the bottom with a super slow retreive.

losing the 5lb did suck but it was my fault all the way. i had 4 fish while my dad only had 1 and if i reeled in my fish i would have to sit and wait for him. so i loosened my drag hoping it would spit the hook. when i realized it was a big fish i tried to tighten the drag but by then it was too late. i got cut off on a pipe in the lake. oh well
