Surf fishing rookie

Really want to hit the surf tomorrow thursday, wanna try and catch some perch can anyone point me in the right direction not looking for any secret spots or anything just want tp be pointed in the direction thats all.

PCH closed at Malibu. Still windy this morning and the rain yersterday combined with a 5' + wind swell best to wait a couple days. N OC, Hermosa to LAX, Santa Monica to Zuma all good beaches.
