I need some help!

Im sick of eating fried bass, and i have quite a few more fillets left in my freezer from this years spawn. How do you guys prefer it? any good grilling or baking tips? Im getting old and need to start eating heart healthy

Put some spice on the filets, a little lemon juice, wrap in aluminun foil and put on the Bar-B-Que. No grease there !
