So, did the owner of the RV camper get to moved before the water level rose, or is it now feet under water?
So, I'm also guessing that the road bridge to the flats is now under water.
My friends rain gauge in Rancho Santa Margarita showed we got 12 1/2 inches in the last 5 days!!!! WOW!!

I have video of the RV...its a full RV with a truck front end. It front hood is submerged to the middle of the windshield and water is to the side windows and over the rear bumper. It looks like the titanic as it sunk..reminded me of this :Titanic:
