Its Raining, Its Pouring... 12-18-10

Fishing was ruff to say the least. It was raining off and on all day, more on then not. We managed 2 fish total (1 each) and missed a few more. Decided to call it a day at 1pm and hangout at the tackle shop and watch all the fish hit the scales. After the raffle and pay-out was over some friends from Angler Bros. BBQ'd some burgers and hotdogs for my B-Day. Thanx again Eddie and Aaron!!!

Thanks for sharing, kudo's for braving the elements-least you got a couple. I held back on sunday of launching, and settled for some shore fishing at skinner instead. I would like to come back to the Vine sometime and troll again. My wife and kid really had a good time there last year. Good luck next time out.

Hey Steve,

looks like you need to get your learn on from your sis. She is kicking your butt. It was still fun with all the rain out there. ended up with 6 bows all in the 2-3lb range. Each one on a different style and it was surly a challenge. Even hooked up with a nice brown but lost him as he busted out of the water. Hope you got you trailer fixed, if not let me know Ill give you a hand. See ya out there again. Tight lines bud.

Nice fishing Steve! Even in the poring rain you manage to catch some fish. And why is it that ThisFool is always catching something other than trout? I don't get it! I guess whatever takes, right?
