View Full Version : Rain,wind, cold bloody saturday!

Fiday night went up to big bear for 5-6 days off,from l.a rat racewoke up saturday morning and was raining cats and dogs,but its ok, took the
my 3 boys up to some trout mission.thank god rain stopped for about
1-2 hours around 1:00pm.as soon as we got to the lake,greg my middle
son, hooked a nice 2 pounder on the red kastmaster.
Every other cast was hook up !!!!!!!!!!!!nick my oldest son lost 1-2 fish,but did manage to bring one in.after releasing about 4-6 trout,did bring home
total of six for the dinner.my little one didnt come out of the car
too cold!!!after few other cast,there goes the rain and wind.went back home.next morning weather was worst !!!no fish...

went up there this morning,but was snowing hard and the shore line was too
muddy and was almost frozen,no bites at all.

Ya, it was snowing pretty decent today. Well, you got your kids on some fish so consider it a success, right?

This days are hard to keep the kids busy with outdoors.
