Ive seen a couplu of sucessful fishing reports. I was thinkingof hesding up there sat. But the reports seem to say they stocked the lake a week ago how do you think the fishing will be this weekend.

there would probably be a few fish to be had. I would wait til next weekend though.

I was there a few days ago, A few people were still catching some but not enough. Caught one on a cast master, They are supposed to stock on 12/22/10. So I would wait till after then and the winds are really picking up around 12:30. I'll be there on christmas eve morning. LOL.

There are a lot of people that practice C&R because of the recycled water and the fishing pressure isn't as bad as some of the lakes down below, so there is fish in there. The trick is finding them, if you don't mind moving around a lot you'll find them. I was told last week they only stocked the the first lake, so on the 23rd they could be stocking another lake, thats why moving around is a must.
Went there today got there about mid day, set up cast and within 20 mins got about a 2 pound trout, rebait cast and 20 mins later got another one. After that nothing, only saw one other guy with 2 trout. Garlic lime green power bait and bite on sauce cast way out as far as possible, that is until I realized holy crap I barely have any line on my reel, crap!

anyone going to be there on the 22nd??? so we can find out which lake is stocked? how did you hear about the first lake being stock, just from another fisherman at the lake or was there a number you can call like the DFG line ( I know they dont stock it)?

I'll be ther on the 24th, but if anyone is going to be there on the 22nd or 23rd, please let us know which lake they stock.

i am going to take my dad out there on xmas morning for an hour or 2. he doesn't walk much so i hope they are by the parking lot.

Yea im going on the 23rd or the 24th. If they stocked the first lake last time do you think they would stock the big lake by the first bridge this time

They stocked the big one. Should be good Fri-Sunday.
