All,
Next week's stocking is scheduled to include about 1,000 pounds of beautiful "giant grade" rainbows in the 15-20 pound class.
After that, these big fish will be stocked about once a month during Jan-Feb-Mar, at the rate of about 3,000 pounds at a time.
Our total allocation for this season will be about 10,000 pounds.
Have fun.

Many apologies, as the "spill event", along with major weather/travel issues now have delayed this planting 3 times.
Not wanting to "handle" the fish too much at the farm, the big fish Dec. and Jan. plants will be combined, and will go in just before the MLK holiday.
