Well got a late start but it still was awesome. Got to the lake aroun 8:30am and got some firebait and some lip rippers. First fish three fish for me were on the orange and chartreuse lip ripper, as my Dad picked one up on the power mouse. Then we bounced around the lake looking for other spots to no avail. Decided to get a snickers bar and saw a dude on the dock with a 11lb behemouth of a trout he caught on inflated night crawlers off the shore(Do i really need to boat i paid 450 for). Went back out on the boat and set up in front of the boat ramp and 5 minutes later it was on, we each caught 4 each on the power mouse set up and the biggest was a 5lber, personal best for me. http://<a href="http://s944.photobucket.com/albums/ad287/Oakboy711/?action=view&current=IMG950928.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i944.photobucket.com/albums/ad287/Oakboy711/IMG950928.jpg" border="0" alt="personal best"></a> Had a freaking blast!!
Total fish count was 9 kept 4 broke off at the boat(need to bring a net next time)Thinking about going this week, i hear they are stocking it with 3000lbs of hook jaws :EyePop:
