I have a like new Curado 200e7 and a brand new 200E5

The curado 200e7 is loaded with Red 30lbs powerpro and the Brand new 200e5 is loaded with 50% 50lbs izor backing with a 50% seaguar invisx 12lbs topshot.

They are both perfect, just looking to try something new. Zillion can be used, and a normal zillion in 6:1 or 7:1 is ok. I'm also a BIG fan of the red anniversary models.

Lots of PMs from people without zillions to trade, or people wanting the rods.

All the rods can be had for the right price, or the right trade.

Out of curiosity why did you go with red braid instead of another color?

I'd say it's cause green braid on a green reel looks pretty lame.

In that case what about white, yellow, blue, or any other color?
Not trying to be a jerk, just trying to further extend my fishing knowledge.

Should definately take it to PM after or just start a new thread in Tackle. Color typically wont matter (to the fish at least) since you're fishing with a top shot. Yellows and other bright colors make it more visible to the fisherman, other thing about color is the Manufacturer. Not all manufacturers make a variety of colors, so if you want Izor spectra you're going to have to get white, if you want PP you're going to get Green or red.

Curados are great reels, easy to work on (super easy) and a great workhorse. You just have to decide if you're looking for a 5:1 or a 7:1 ratio :P

Lol sorry for the thread jack tim.......but Free Bump! lol
