a must have for drifting for hali's salmon, even trout in some circumstances. make sure you get the right one for your boat. I get the next size up from what they recommend for your size boat.

Cool thanks.. yeah i mostly do bass fishing and sometimes some bait and wait for stripers.. but sometimes the wind just blasts and i just fly away haha

do you think the harness they sell is worth it? Or just make your own using some marine rope?

Get anything you can to secure that sock. I had a friend loose one because it wasn't properly secured.

thanks for the heads up.. i bought the harness that goes with it too.. so hopefully it's good enough. It also has the float just in case it comes loose.. i can still retrieve it (even though i'll have to chase it down a bit )
