Lake Cahuilla has been stocked with trout,they are or were biting as of yesterday.This is the first stock.

Did the county stock em yet Joe? I went on Friday and I think the state stocked em, they were tiny, some of the smallest I saw are only 6-7", a lot were dead after the first few hrs.

Both county and DFG stocked on Friday afternoon. Some of the county fish are pretty decent from what others caught this morning - up to 18 inches.

Lake Cahuilla is fed by the Coachella Canal, but it is a county park, so I guess it fits in both the Colorado River section as well as City Parks. I think of it it as the last stop of the Coachella Canal. What do you guys think?
Sunday I caught 2 nice size trout. Bigger then any other trout I have caught in there
