I have been saying it on this message board for the last three years that when a low pressure comes through the big fish go on the chew and today they did just that! With about a half hour to go in the day I have four fish over the 5lb mark allready checked in and tons of limits with quality fish on their stringers. The fish are coming off anything from trolling to bait and waiting heck I even saw a fly fisherman catch a good one! That is how spectacular the fishing has been the last few days.

Daniel and Angelina Daquila drove up from Carlsbad to tap into what has probably been the most insane troll bite this early in the year here at Irvine Lake. The dou teamed up to catch this 5fish limit that was well over 20.00lbs.

Dont let the weather report make you stay at home guys and gals. These fish are chewin regardless of the weather! Come out to the Vine and get your personal best single trout or limit. There are so many fish in the 5-6 lb class its just sick. These fish are what we have come to call LINE RIPPERS!! Only here at Irvine Lake will you get this quality and quanity!
