The red is better than the green ... so I understand

If so ... why buy the green?

Anybody used any of the others ... like the gold?

How about their dough bait?

The red has more milk. Green lasts a little longer but not as good. Never tried the gold. Hardly ever use eggs anymore eccept when I go to the Kern. That is a staple at the Kern.
