More Trout to be stocked at Irvine Lake

Wow, what an opener!

And the great news is that another 5000 lbs of trout will be stocked this week for the big WON news tournament and every week thereafter until the season is over.

Just a reminder that everyone with a paid fishing admission on Nov. 13th is automatically entered in
the WON Tournament for a chance at a Sea Eagle boat and prizes.


It was an incredible weekend of fishing with many limits checked in a some big boys too!

The catch of the weekend was Chris "Maverick" Mason of Irvine with a huge 11.o6 caught on the troll.

Tyler Hoem of Oceanside checks in a 8.06 lb rainbow caught on
a nightcrawler and bite on garlic in Woody's Cove.

Gary Williams brings in a beautiful 6.4 lb exotic brown caught on the troll with a Rapala Firetiger.
