i wanted to see if anyone has ever had success surf fishing at seal beach or belmont. ill be in the area

i have been down to seal beach pier 4 times this week at night between 10 and 3 am and it was dead down there. i haven't seen a fish landed since monday down there and there has been alot of trash in the water lately so just watch what you catch.
