Well I was supposed to go to Castaic but last night my buddy couldnt make it. So the wifey and I went to lake gregory today. Abit chilly before the sun came over the trees with a little wind but it was nice. Only had a few bites but no takers. Used yellow corn,rainbow,fl.orange,spring grn/yellow power baits. I belive it was the same trout trying all the baits like samples they hand out to you at the store. But all in all we had a enjoyable day.We packed it in around noon. FYI the restrooms will be closed for the season as of today 10/29/10

where did u fish? by the baseball field? i live right by there but decided to go elsewhere today and ended up with a 12 pounder :)

Yes by the ball field. Where did you go for the 12 pounder? Good job. They stock them that big dont they,like they do at SRL and Corona? Either way way to go.Sure looks mighty tastey.

i love the baseball field area. the first time we went up there, caught 10 over there in less than an hour on 2 rods right there. and Trout 1, tell ur uncle and friend great job on the huge trout!
