Fishing the aquaduct is like planting a seed, you have to spend lots of days with it watering it and seeing how much light it wants(or in the duct's case fishing it and seeing how the flows affect fishing).

But to get you started, I fish in the area of little rock dam, lots of access points nearby with gates and siphons.

For tackle, mh/h rod with 15lbs test throwng big rattle traps (kpn skinny shad, ratltrap, strike king red eye shad) or big plastics on a swimbait head (white magnum flukes, swimmin flukes)

You just gotta fish it to learn it, but that should get you started. Gary(trailblazer) has a guide on here as well.

Just open up google maps and you'll find a lot of access points... can always start from 25th street and perblossome and work your way towards littlerock...as to advice on how to fish the duct well i'll leave that to people that have actually have caught something from there :)...
Here is a good place to start:

Just saw this, I guess this went down while I was in Texas...

To Blkmanfishin:
Look under tip o the month under "Aqueduct Lure tequnique"....

that should help a little.

xddesertfox:
But just to be clear, I am gletemfeelsteelgary not Trailblazer....

Since Trailblazer (Scott) keeps posting that wonderful pic I guess I'll do so too just so you know that Scott's face looks like a trophy and mine is holding a feesh : )
