I was just looking at the DFG website and saw that Castaic's scheduled to be stocked this week. Does anyone know whether this means the upper, lower, or both lakes?

don't know fosure, but most likely the lower lake

It's the upper.
They won't let them put trout in the lower for now at least. They want to protect the native steelhead in the river below.

yea it will be the upper lake. No lagoon plants are in site at the momment

yup the stopped stocking the lagoon back in jan 12 2010. They have been talking about stocking tripiloid trout in the lagoon but i haven't heard anything about that it in some time.

It doesn't have to be logical. If you can get the law behind you, you can do "any" stupid thing.

The people who manipulate the law for their own purposes haven't shared their plans for the hatchery with me. What do you think they might do?
